Weekly water changes will help, but are not guaranteed to heal your fish. i see there is another fish in the background-separate your problem fish as soon as possible. i cant quite tell what fungus your fish has, and therefore don't know if it is contagious. get another tank, set it up as nice as possible, and move your fish. I know of no other effective remedy you would be able to get your hands on, and the ones i speak of are nearly the same as the ones you are using, just an overseas brand.
