 I have three fish in a 60 gallon pond One is a common goldfish and the other 2 are shubunkins.My question is the temperture has dropped it is 18degrees out and there is ice on the pound do I need to bring my fish inside the are very small? I worried about my fish

As long as the pond is at least 2 feet deep and the water is moving it should be ok. The moving water will help the pond from freezing completely.  If your pond is shallow and less than 2 feet deep, then i would consider moving the fish into a temporary container or aquarium inside the house.
