sorry to double my problem, but decided to refresh the topic and attract more attention...

So. Two weeks ago I settled two redcap orandas in new 10 g tank. After two or three days one of the fishes could be found on the bottom of the tank lying there most of the day. The other fish is pretty active and healthy.
Experienced members here assumed that the fish could have constipation and recommended to check the water and feed the fishes with peas.
Here is my update of the situation.

The water was checked in Petco shop and consultant said that it was within norms.
The fish loves peas and eats it hungrily, though last time she ignored the feeding time.
I added some sea salt as was recommended.
She does not have any visible disease signs. But I noticed that she does not use her upper fin at all, she just folded it down.
Yesterday and today she hides herself behind the filter and in that way drifts there motionlessly. Definetly she is not good. But what happened to her?
The Petco consultant reckoned that she could be shocked after changing from Petco water to tank and it could take her couple of weeks.

I am sorry to see how bad is my fish. How can I help her?

You're redcaps arent showing any signs of disease. the folded dorsal fin is a sign of unhealthiness though. It could be stress, if you're water parameters are definitely good. Im gonna assume that when you take it into the petstore they check for EVERYTHING, so Im fairly sure that nitrates and nitrites arent a problem... umm... Im gonna say stress. They have stress eaze for fish I think (or am I thinking for people...?) did you notice signs of aggression from the other fish? Keep checking for fungus or parasites. I really hope this sort of narrowed down somethings.. mind, it could me just mindless ramble to you too Sad sorry...

This morning I found her dead.
Was it my fault or could I probably take her weak from the shop? I don't know. What were my mistakes to avoid that in future?

Well, if your tank has only been up and running for 2 weeks it definately has not gone through the nitrogen cycle yet.  Even a tiny amount of ammonia or nitrite is too much for fish.  I most definately think your fish died from stress due to new tank syndrome.  I wouldn't get any more fish for a couple of weeks and then take another sample to Petco and have them test it before you add another fish.  10 gallons is really too small for 2 orandas anyway.  They grow very big in a very short time.
