sick goldfish need help

1. How big is your tank:   190 litres

2. For how long has the tank been set up: 6 weeks with bacteria added at the beginning and fish added 2 weeks later

3. How many fish: 4

4. What kinf of fish: 2 comets 2 blackmores

5. What are the water parameters:    Ammonia 0 ppm
                                                            Nitrite 0 ppm
                                                            Nitrate 20ppm
                                                            pH 6.5
                                                            Temp thermometer not working. degrees Celsius / Fahrenheit

6. How often do you perform water changes: once a week

7. How big are your waterchanges:      10%

8. What kind of waterconditioner are you using: seachem prime

9. Do you add beneficial bacteria: yes

10. Symptoms your fish is showing: lying on side at bottom of tank, hiding, swimming backward while horizontal, swimming upside down and  just being very quiet.

11. Since when does your fish show these symptoms: 6 days

12. How is the normal behaviour of your fish: Goldfish is eating fine other wise not doing much

13. How do the other fish behave: I have not noticed any change in there behavior they check on sick goldfish and keep it company

14. Post pics of the sick fish: will do

15. Do you have a filter on your tank, what kind, how big (gallons per hour) yes, a hang on internal filter, Tank maid filter pro 1000, not sure.

16. Do you provide extra aeration with an air pump and air stone/diffuser of some kind.  No Should I have one

 Over a week ago, the filter I had for no reason I could see over heated and the water got very warm the thermometer I was using did not register change, I noticed the goldfish were agitated and gasping at top of tank I check on them and noticed water was really warm. There was an ammonia spike of 1ppm few days after the filter broke I changed 50% of the water used seachem prime, and brought a new filter the ammonia levels where fine and still are. I have tried feeding boiled frozen peas for a few days for swimmers bladder and tried a salt bath. There has been no change. I am really worried I will be grateful for any help.
