I totally agree. Most of the time at fairs or wherever you can win goldfish they are cooped up in bags all day and by the time you get home they are dead. Goldfish need filtration and a bubbler of some sort to stay alive. Staying in a bag for more then two hours will kill it unless directed by a professional. Also when goldfish are kept in bags for a long period of time they become very hot inside the bag. As you know fish need to be kept in cool temperatures not set in the sun all day. Fairs are not a good place to buy fish! Get your pets from a pet store or the Walmart pet department.
