What type of fish are these and can you tell the gender?

I was wondering if anyone know what type of fish these are and if you can tell the gender.

The top two pictures are a type of oranda goldfish.  The last two appear to be a shubunkin goldfish.
Usually you can tell the gender of the goldfish during the mating season. The male will have white spots on the gills. Male goldfish are sometimes larger than the female and tend to grow at a slightly faster rate also.
