Front view look like Ryukin, side view look like Oranda. What do you think Huh

PS: Dorsal fin & tail torn when i brought him back from LFS a week ago........

He looks cute.
The torn fins could be a case of fin rot. It must be treated. Is this your hospital tank you keep him in?
Treat with Pimafix, Melafix according to bottle instructions. But you may need some stronger medication too.

How is your waterquality? pH Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate?

Hi Hanna,

Yes, this is a quarantine tank. I change water everyday so no much issue on ph nitrate etc. I would like to thank you for the given advice regarding fin rot and compliment, I will take note.  Cheesy

He still in the quarantine tank & getting much better now. The dorsal fin & broken tail starting to heel. I will update him once he fully recover...

After 1 month, this is what he look like....

Look @ the air stone for comparison he is now more bulky, stronger, more wen growth...

His size from 5cm to 10cm with a month & now he still growing.....

They are sold in the local pet shop here at least Smiley They'll probably have them at some shop around your place if you'll go have a look! Smiley

Andrea we got a round one in the big tropical tank, got it from Best Friends.
In reality they look a bit different than on photos in the tank under water  Wink

What an adorable fish! Have you named this handsome beauty yet? So nice to see how well it is recovering since coming into your care. Do you keep other goldfish too? Where did you get your hospital tank?
