Hi, I have a nacreous fantail who I believe has a partially paralyzed caudal fin, as in the right two lobes of his fin are always limp while the left two are fanned out. He's just a baby and I unknowingly bought him this way (ironically I was exchanging another fish with an identical symptom for him) so I have no idea what may have caused it.
Is this something that could possibly fade as he gets bigger or will he permanently have a limp fin?
He really doesn't seem to care and his anal fins are actually a bit oversized (to the extent that I thought they were the lower lobes of his caudal fin) so he still swims just fin. Really it's more of a me thing than the fish potentially having problems.
