They look so awesome! So many different tanks available today (:
I once saw one that was made up by two big cylinders, and two funny tunnels in between where the fish were swimming!

My favourite designs include an old tv turned into a tank, seeing as it was quite large it was good for the fishies and so incredibly clever
Plus visually appealing. The other was an old fire place turned into a tank. If anyone has been to Taronga Zoo in Sydney that is where it is. I would love to do either one of those.
I love the last one also Hanna.

Oh wow Hanna, I love that last aquarium of the pictures you posted! Even tho I have a rather large living room I don't think it would fit. I'd have to put on another room just for my aquarium LOL. "Oh hubby" more exciting projects for you to do!"

I have also seen these tanks that have been built into a piano, I don't think you can buy an aquarium piano somewhere, so it must have been built either for payment by some artisan or on your own if you're good with that kind of stuff c:
That is actually quite gorgeous! It was a black piano, and inside there was a beautiful salt water tank, with white sand, pale rocks and some pretty corals and fish (:

A few years ago, before we moved to Australia, we've been here in UDERWATER WORLD in Mooloolaba. I must find that pic, it is a fishtank in an old VW-Beetle.
And yeaaaaahhhhhh, those sites on the net.... dream...
If I would have the pennys needed, I'd design my own home: large bedroom with huge ensuite with spa with marble steps a big aquarium dividing wall and in the lounge a big "floating " aquarium, like suspended but suspension invisible... LOL

Uh, Yeah Hanna, make sure to invite us all over when you get that spa
But make sure you get rid of the spiders first! LOL!
The thing I wonder about with the aquarium "built in" to wall, tv, car etc. How the blazes do you clean it?

Same here! Maybe there are some sort of doors you can open above the tank or something? It just seems really unpractical having it in a wall for example, even though it looks really beautiful...

That sounds smart! But dude, that sliding drawer must be made of something REALLY steady! D: A full tank is a heavy thing... and especially since it's mostly bigger tanks that are built into walls... >> It's so weird! xD

As far as I know, those dividing wall aquariums do have doors on one side of the wall to access filter, pumps, feed the fish, etc. Looks like a nice cupboard

This is my experience I had on a glass bottom boat on Teneriffe:
The whole 4 hours - we were supposed to watch dolphins - there was nothing to see. But then suddenly 1 fish : a sardine about 10 cm huge !!!! And one of them passengers ate her lunch backwards
And her husband commented.... "Oh may Oh may... the expensive lunch....Oh may"
