It's nearly winter in here Australia and it is finally starting to get cold and for the first time I have therometer on Sunshine's tank. In summer the temperature sticks around 24-26 degrees but can go up to 30. Right now it is around 16 degrees in the tank but I have seen it go down to 10. Plus it is only going to get colder.
I have heard goldfish can live in a large temperature range but just wondering what the ideal temperature is? Should I invest in a heater? Or is there no need for one in a goldfish tank?
I know that if it changes alot it can cause white spot but that doesn't happen. Just wondering
