White Cloudy Eyes

I have 2 goldfish, one is very healthy but the other (smaller) fish has got white, cloudy eyes and seems to be blind as it does not come up to the surface for food. I have tried the fish treatments for cloudy eyes but they have not worked. has any one else had this problem? and is there anything I can do?  Huh

Cloudy eyes is caused by bad water quality, a poor diet, eye flukes or bacterial infection. Eye flukes is not very common so it is usually not the cause.
The treatment is to improve the water quality and feed the fish food that has added vitamins.

Thanks, But the water quality is of top quality, I do regular water changes, add treatment to the water (the stuff that gets rid of the chlorine ) and I have a really good filter and I feed Tetra Fin complete food (advanced Nutrition) to both fish. I make sure they both get enough food. Any other sugestions as the other fish I have has fantastic heath and they have always lived together?
