I did use bacteria booster when I had the problem.
Just a few minutes sth "funny?" happened. Hepsiba was sitting in the teracotta vase, sucking at some gravel and when I came and looked into the tank she shot out like frenzy, up and behimnd the filter and down under some plant leaves.
My eyes couldn't follow her so quick

Prepared Water has pH of 7.2 now.
Should I get it up a bit higher to mix with the tankwater (which is 6.2 ) so my babies won't have a pH shock?

You can add a little baking soda to the water to make it more alkaline.  But the changes must be gradual so as not to shock the fish.

I think if I leave the new water at this pH and do a partial change about 30% shouldn't be too much shock for them.

It also says in this book, that you can add ground oyster shell or coarse ground agricultural limestone to the filter if your water has a tendency to turn acidic continually.

Now, I'll give a few answers to a few things you're done discussing here:
I use to bury my air stone in the gravel, which you noticed on the photos, I'm sure Now, one of my fish got the nasty habit of digging it out. He goes into the bubble "curtain" and simply lifts the rocks up in his mouth and spits them out behind the stone, it's completely uncovered now after only a few days!
Mom's goldfish uses to dig huge holes and make pretty piles of gravel wherever he wants to, sometimes you can see the tank floor. He knows what he wants c:

And Hanna, in the start I used to add a bit of some pH-raising conditioner of some kind, but always after the water changes directly into the tank. It was dosed in the way that it would raise the pH with one step every time you add it, and you shouldn't add it more than twice a day, and test the water both before and half an hour after! It worked pretty nicely for me (: For some reason, I haven't had to use that for quite a while now!

Good news: MY FISH AREN'T HOVERING ANYMORE! Even if all of them are together (: And the nitrates are all fine! (I have no idea how this works!)

What would happen if you get yourself 2 bettas, a male and a female. They won't fight each other and wouldn't be so allone ?

well I was wondering cause I have that three gallon.. its... too little for a small goldfish, but its big enough for a betta to swim around comfortably.. and maybe another.. ummm... lesse... its a round, tall sort of tank... about a foot in diameter, and two feet tall (round about.. too lazy to get actual measurements lol) anyway, its a fair size. too small for a fantail. I know, I tried putting a goldfishy in there.. he died
