Me too... but it seems that the Epsom salt helped the buoyancy problem, he's not floating around upside-down anymore... At most he's struggling hard with his bloated body
The medication was shipped to me today, and I really, really hope I'll receive it by the end of the week! I'm sure Claymore couldn't wait until Monday.
Thank you for all your support!
I really don't know what I'd do without you all!

Thanks
Sadly though, he died just a while ago
I posted in the memorial thread...
I had a feeling it would turn out like that so I'm not as devastated as I could be, but it really, really hurts
I love him so much! Just like all of my little fish babies

I'm so sorry to hear that Nossie, I really am
Claymore was Clementine's whiskey boyfriend and we all will always remember him for that. He definitely is swimming in the big pond in the beyond having the time of his life.
*big hug* I know how sad you must be feeling but Claymore would have really appreciated all you did for him and it makes me happy to see how much you cared.
RIP Claymore, you were beautiful!

Karma for all of you, it's great to have your support, thank you so much for the comforting words
On a good note, I happened to notice that a bunch of pearl scales will arrive in two weeks
I'll have to go have a look at them and see if there's anyone interested in living with us!

Two things -
RIP little Claymore! Sorry I posted so late, but we're ALL sad for your loss. Claymore will be missed.
Also so glad that you'll probably be getting pearl scales!

He really is! We think about him all the time, and my sister was devastated since he was her favorite goldie
I'm so excited about the pearl scales myself!!
I can't wait to see those cute little balls swimming around

I thought I'd have two
You need to have at least two of each!
And I believe it may look nicer having some fishes that look a bit similar to eachother
Besides, you never know which fun colors they may have!

Just a thing
I like having them in pairs
Claymore and Berry (orandas) were very attached to eachother
And I've got two pairs of fantails who also hang in pairs + two moors
I just feel like they may be a bit happier if they have one of their old buddies with them!
Even if they all are shoaling together allover the tank
It's like... you need two of each kind of cup!

That's just a personal preference
And it rather only works if you have more goldfish, I started off with three fantails and a moor and later built onto the bunch a bit, pairing them up

That is really nice Nossie
so that they each have a fish friend ♥ I'm hoping to have a pretty little female oranda, ryukin or moor for Mr. Tailer wrapped up under the Christmas tree. Not 'actually' under the tree but maybe a picture of her
while she is quarantined in his old tank after he is moved.
