Hi everyone!

I just noticed this discoloration on my Ryukin Momo. The spot on his head is not fuzzy, it just looks like his color is fading.  What does it look like to you? At first I thought it was just a result of him hanging out under a decoration so he wouldn't float when he was having his swim bladder issue. Also, in the video you can see some white spots on his dorsal fin. It doesn't look like ick to me, it's somewhat cottony. He was suffering from swim bladder for about 2 weeks, it went away, and came back, but now it's gone. I'm just wondering if that caused something. My other fish are doing well.

The ammonia is higher than I would like and I was planning on doing a 25% water change today.

Tank: 60 gallon, established since December 2010. 6 fancy goldfish who like to hang out on top of each other.

PH: 7
