For starters you should definitely treat her wound!
Put her separately in a hospital tank and treat her with salt. You could feed her some medicated food only to make sure that possible ich will die.

It might be that she did get the parasite while being weakened by the stress from the fall and the wound, and then her body wouldn't react by developing the white spots (which are an immune reaction to the parasites). It happens that fish suffering from ich never gets the white spots but all the other symptoms.
Therefore salt is a very good solution since it kills parasites and relieves the stress on the fish. You might want to add some antibiotics like melafix just for the sake of the wound.

But it doesn't necessarily have to be ich. Just add the salt and medicine and feed her with a good medicated food only for a couple of days and see if she gets any better (: How does the wound look for now?

Can you get Pimafix and Melafix? And a good salt tonic should help too.

So, just start by treating her with salt and Melafix for a couple of days to see if it gets better (: If not, you could try and visit a vet for some medicated food (:

annie: Be careful that you allow the wound to heal completely! You'll recognize when it gets better when you see that the edges of the wound start looking cleaner and whiter, and the wound should be looking darker and soon get more pink as it heals (:
Hope your fish will be okay soon! (:

Aww... :C I think it rather was a bacterial infection in the wound, because dropsy causes them to raise all over the fish's body. It might have happened because she wasn't treated in time.

Sorry for your loss :'C

My condolences as well.
I think we should have a In Memorium board to post names and pictures of our finned friends who have gone to That Great Pond Beyond.
